Yes. Our services are
completely confidential and impartial. There is no 'mess' big enough to scare our organizers away -
we have seen it all! Contact us to find
out how we can help you (and we can). If you feel more comfortable sending us an email explaining your
situation and what you're looking for, you will be contacted within 48 business hours by an organizer
who is eager to assist you.

How much will it cost for an in-home
consultation?

NOTHING - It's FREE!
Living in a state of constant clutter causes both physical and emotional stress, and this stress
can totally overwhelm you and grind your life to a halt. It takes an enormous amount of inner
strength to make that first call for help and we feel that charging the client is just not the right
thing to do at this stage. We want our clients to feel a comfort level with our organizers so that we
can assist them in eliminating any 'slumbering giant' before it awakens and totally immobilizes.

Can/should I be home when klutterkleaner's professional organizers are working?
|
|
|

Yes. It is necessary that
you are home and available to work with klutterkleaner's organizers. klutterkleaner
provides services that assist you in achieving your ultimate goal. It is your space and
your belongings that are being sorted, purged, and organized. It is your decision what should be
kept, given away, or trashed.

What hours are available for making
appointments?
|

klutterkleaner's organizers are flexible with
scheduling appointments. We make every attempt to provide our services when it is convenient for you
and if you work midnights and want services in the late afternoon to early evening, we will certainly
work with you!

Will klutterkleaner have my job(s) done in one visit?
|
|
|

Not necessarily. Every
client's situation is very unique and different from one another. Depending on how little or how much
work is required, we may have to schedule more than one visit. This will be discussed during your
free in-home consultation.

Who will decide what I should
keep or get rid of?
|

You are the decision-maker. klutterkleaner's
organizers do not tell our clients what they can keep. These are very personal decisions to be made
by you and you alone, and we respect that. We will, however, gently guide you along the way to
achieve your goals.

What happens to the things I no
longer need/want to get rid of?

Unwanted personal items fall into various categories:

Personal data/paperwork - Because of
privacy issues, these are left for you to personally shred/dispose of

Paper/cardboard of a non-personal
nature - These are packaged for your recycling service

Broken and unusable items - Trash,
thrown in the garbage

Unwanted, yet usable items - These
items are separated for delivery to family members, friends, or donation to the
charity of your choice

Antiques or collectibles - These items
can be prepared for donation or for you to sell
